How many workouts are included in each program?
Each program includes 24 structured workouts, designed to be completed over 8 weeks, with 3 workouts per week.
Do I need a gym to follow the program?
While having access to a gym is ideal, many exercises can be modified for home workouts. The programs use dumbbells, resistance bands, cable machines, strength machines, and cardio equipment, but alternatives can be suggested if you’re training at home. Just reach out to us if you need any modifications for any of the exercises.
Can beginners follow these programs?
