How many workouts are included in each program?
Each program includes 24 structured workouts, designed to be completed over 8 weeks, with 3 workouts per week.
Do I need a gym to follow the program?
While having access to a gym is ideal, many exercises can be modified for home workouts. The programs use dumbbells, resistance bands, cable machines, strength machines, and cardio equipment, but alternatives can be suggested if you’re training at home. Just reach out to us if you need any modifications for any of the exercises.
Can beginners follow these programs?
Yes! We offer programs for beginners, intermediate, and advanced golfers. Each program is designed to match your current fitness level and progress at a steady pace to build strength, speed, and endurance for golf performance.
Do you offer personalized training plans?
Yes! In addition to our structured programs, we offer customized workout plans tailored specifically to your goals, fitness level, and available equipment. These are designed to maximize your performance and address any specific weaknesses.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
If you have an injury or medical condition, it’s always best to consult with a doctor before starting any training program. We can provide modifications for certain exercises, but we recommend working with a healthcare professional to ensure the safest approach.
How soon will I see results?
Most athletes see noticeable improvements in club head speed, strength, and endurance within the first 4 weeks. Individual results may vary depending on consistency, effort, and adherence to the program.
